SUPERMOM...IS GOING SUPER CRAZY

 This picture says it all it is the perfect discription of how i feel today . I woke up with a horrid sinus infection and my 3 year old has chosen today to act up way more than usual.
its crazy people always expect me to be the super mommy , girlfriend , career woman 24/7 , 365 days a year and the minute that i get sick it seems like it's the end of the world . No one can do anything without me. To bad i say , can i not be sick lay on the couch and relax?  No i can't .
Try telling my 3 year old daughter that thinks she' s in the land of barbies and princesses that mommy doesn't quit feel like a princess but more like the wicked witch or toad.
I'm trying to hold my sanity together and hurrying to get better , because i would rather be back t my crazy 18 hour days than be sick , and feel sooo useless and helpless. Super  mommy is on a break , or trying to be we'll see how long that will last.

GET YOUR SEXY BACK

I was recently asked a question about some of the celebrity mom's and if i feel the pressure to keep up with them. Let's keep it real all of these women that are in the spot light that have a baby and look fabulous after a week have a team of people that work on them daily to keep them looking the way that they do , but that's no excuse to look at these women and think that you cant do it and let yourself go. I have 3 children , 3 dogs and i have a career and i still find the time to look good and keep the spice in my relationship.
There are so many things that you can do to look and feel good. If your wondering why sex in your relationship has fizzled don't say "well he doesn't touch me anymore".
It doesn't take much ladies . If your wearing a flanel pj to bed that has to STOP.

Follow these sexy tips:

1. Stop comparing yourself to Victoria Beckham , Angelina Joile and Hallie Berry , they have team of people to work on them everyday and if you had that to , you would look the way that they did everyday..

2. Find a nice satin pj that you can wear to bed and throw away those torn up t-shirts that you wear to bed , IT"S NOT SEXY.

3.Comb your hair , put on some lipgloss and a little perfume , even if your not going anywhere to make yourself feel good it only takes 5 mins out of your day.

4. Plan a sexy night for you and your partner 3 times a month do something different , give him a sexy lap dance , give him an invitation for a private dinner for two.... i think you get the idea .

5. Find what makes you feel good about you and being in your skin .

6. Explore new activities , pole dancing classes , belly dancing , tantric classes....

So really there are no excuses , its about putting in the effort. Once you feel sexy your partner won't be able to resist you.
